Today Larry and I went to Roy to go and see Tyler. He looked so good and has progressed SO much! We were able to hang out with him for a couple hours. Larry found a medicine ball and wicker basket so they could shoot hoops in the lobby. We also ate some ice cream and played pool. We were able to take him outside which he loved. We have missed being able to see him everyday so seeing him today totally made our day! He was so much fun to hang out with and he was being Tyler...if that makes any sense. He was smiling, laughing, joking, and making fun of Larry for getting pulled over.
I love this picture! They will always be best friends. Tyler was telling his nurse that Larry was his best friend...it was so cute!
We had to try and get a picture of all three of us! Here are a couple of our tries. Larry told Tyler that he looked pretty bad A with those black eyes and he would hate to see what the other guy looked like. Tyler thought it was really funny and started laughing.
We love you so much Tyler and we had such a blast hanging out with you! We can't wait to see you next weekend!

Oh my gosh you guys...Tyler looks Amazing! those black eyes look like they are going away. I can't believe he was playing pool and bball, how cool. Tyler is VERY lucky to have as GOOD of friends as you guys. His motor skills look awesome in those pictures. And that last one of you guys with the peace signs, IS TRULY TYLER! I can see HIM coming out more and more with every update I see. Thanks for posting about him, I love to see how he is doing. We all Love Tyler very much and we think about him constantly, and he is always in my prayers.
I am so glad that you guys were able to be there and have fun with him. It really looks like he had so much fun. Thanks for the updates. Tyler just gets so excited when he sees you guys. You guys just know exactly what to say to get him laughing. I try to make him laugh but apparently Tyler doesn't think I am very funny!!! :) :)

I'm not sure who Tyler is or exaclty what happened but its good to see him progressing!
Okay, I am sitting here crying and laughing at the same time!
Crying because I am so proud of you Larry... you truly are an amazing human being with such a big compassionate heart! The best friend that anyone could ask for!!!
And because Ashley, you are such and incredible person too!! The fact that you only met Tyler though his friendship with Larry and yet you have opened your heart to him and Rick and Danny shows your enormous commitment and love for your husband... just makes me remember what it really is all about!!! Ash, I know that you too absolutely love Tyler and i am so grateful for your support of him and Larry... you ROCK!!

Thanks for the updates, I love them. I often go to his sister Lisa's blog to get even more updates, I guess you could say I am addicted to his progress!! I LOVE Tyler and can't wait to see him... VERY SOON!!!
Oh, I almost forgot... I'm laughing because seeing Larry and Tyler play pool is comical... but, laughing inside because it's sooooo cute!!! hey,mom's can say that!!! LOL!!

Thank you so much for your updates and pictures. It is so good to see Tyler in this light. I usually see him when he is doing PT and such, but it is good to see him having fun and smiling.
